All services are performed by MKT Services, an approved childcare operator, following strict safety and professional quality standards.
My Little Circle manages coordination, client communication, and family follow-up, while MKT Services guarantees regulatory compliance and professional supervision.
Booking Policy
Bookings open from 1 year to 3 weeks before the requested dates.
Minimum 3 hours per session.
Last-minute bookings are handled according to availability.
To book, please submit your request online. Once availability is confirmed, full payment must be completed within 48 hours through our secure payment platform.
Administrative and management fees: 5 %.
Overtime hours are billed at the end of the stay.
Our rates are non-commissioned. However, for services booked through hotel or villa concierges, an additional 10 % service fee may apply.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds are issued in case of cancellation or if fewer hours than scheduled are used.
For cancellations made more than 30 days in advance, a credit valid for 1 year will be issued for a future stay.
Schedule modifications are subject to service-provider approval and availability.
Additional Options
Transportation
Babysitters may be added as an additional driver on your car-rental agreement to transport children to their activities.
A certified child car seat is mandatory.
A €20 per day supplement applies if the babysitter uses her own vehicle.
Meals and Drinks
For any session covering mealtimes, a meal and a non-alcoholic drink must be provided to the babysitter.
