Kristine joins you in your villa or private residence for a hands-on culinary experience centered on a complete wellness menu, from vibrant starters to nourishing mains and light, wholesome desserts.

You’ll discover simple and functional techniques that support energy, hormonal balance, and radiant health, while cultivating the art of presence and connection through food.

The Art of Vegetarian Nutrition workshops take place in private villas or homes, designed with your setting, group size, and preferences in mind.
A special Local & Resident offering will soon be available for island residents and friends.

Each session is designed as a mindful, sensory journey, guiding you back to the vibrant simplicity of whole ingredients. Menus are carefully crafted and centered on holistic wellness principles to support your body's innate rhythms and vitality. Each session lasts about two hours and explores one unique wellness theme:

1. The Rainbow Kitchen Adventure (Ideal for Kids & Parents)
* Focus: Exploring the power of colors in nutrition, focusing on simple assembly, vibrant plating, and the joy of creating delicious, healthy meals together. Hands-On Superfoods & Fun.
* Key Recipes: "Unicorn" Berry Elixir, Rainbow Rice Paper Rolls, Build-Your-Own Superfood Parfait Bar.

2. Cooking for Hormonal Harmony (Ideal for Groups of Friends)
* Focus: Supporting hormonal harmony and feminine vitality through nutrient-rich plant foods.

3. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the menu and details.
On the day of the session, simply relax, everything will be prepared and brought to you.
